Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log In to the Agorify App
- Open the Agorify app on your device.
- Log in using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Access Your Event
- Tap on Profile in the bottom menu.
- Navigate to Organisation.
- Select your organisation.
- Choose the specific event you are managing.
Step 3: Check in Attendees
- To scan the QR code on the ticket or badge, click on Check in attendee with QR.
- To check in the attendee using their unique ticket code, click on Check in attendee with code.
Troubleshooting
If you do not see Organisation in your profile, ensure you are logged in with the same credentials you use for the admin portal.
