How to scan tickets to check-in attendees with the mobile ticket scanner

This guide will explain how to scan the QR code on attendees ticket to check them in. 

1. Login to the Agorfiy app using your admin credentials. 
2. Click on the profile in the bottom menu.
3. Click on Organisation > Your organisation > Your event
4. To scan the QR code on the ticket, click on Check in attendee with QR or to check in the attendee using their unique ticket code, click on Check in attendee with code

If you don't see Organisation in your profile, make sure that you are logged in with the same credentials you are using for your admin portal.
