This guide will help you easily grant access to your event to attendees using the Agorify platform. You'll learn how to send out event invites, both individually and in bulk, to ensure attendees can join seamlessly via the Agorify mobile or web app.
Individual Invites:
- Start by clicking on 'Attendees' in the Admin section.
- Look for the attendee you want to give access to in the list. Then, click on the three dots in the 'Action' column next to their name.
- Choose 'Send Event' and then click 'Send event invite' in the dialog box that pops up.
Bulk Invites:
- Click on 'Attendees' in the Admin section.
- Select the attendees you want to invite. You can invite up to 100 attendees at a time. To do this, make sure you've chosen '100' in the 'Items per page' dropdown menu.
- After selecting your attendees, click on the 'Select Action' button, and then choose 'Send event invite'.
What Happens Next?
- Congrats! Your attendees are all set to dive into your event, whether they're using the Agorify mobile app or the web app.
- Email Instructions: Each attendee will receive an email to the address they registered with. This email will guide them through creating an Agorify account and accessing the event.
- Personalized Access: The email includes a personalized event invite link and a code. These are one-time use only, which helps prevent sharing.
