Need to fix a typo or update information for an attendee? This guide will walk you through the steps to amend an attendee's details in a few simple steps. It’s important to ensure that all attendee information is accurate for a seamless event experience.
- Navigate to Attendees: First, in the admin area, go to the 'Attendees' section.
- Edit Details: In the 'Action' column next to the attendee's name, click on the three dots and select 'Edit'.
- Make Changes: A dialog box will appear where you can update the attendee's details. Please note that you cannot change the email address directly. If the email is incorrect, you'll need to create a new attendee entry with the correct email and delete the one with the wrong email.
Once you've successfully updated the details, the changes will be reflected in real time. This means they'll be immediately visible in the app, and will also apply to badge printing processes.
