Embedding Your Event Agenda on Your Website

Embedding your event agenda on your website is a great way to provide attendees with easy access to the schedule. Agorify offers a straightforward process for embedding the agenda using an iframe. You can choose between two styles: 'Compact' and 'Comfortable'. The 'Compact' style features less space between items and smaller text size, while the 'Comfortable' style offers more space and larger text.

Please Note: Embedding is available on all Agorify licenses. With the free license, the embedded agenda will include Agorify branding. However, for users with Starter, Business, and Enterprise licenses, there is an option to disable Agorify branding.

Steps to Embed Your Agenda

1. Access the Admin Panel:
   Log in to your Agorify account.
   Navigate to the Admin area.
2. Open the Schedule Section:
   In the Admin panel, go to 'Schedule'.
   Look for the '< >' (iframe) icon next to the search bar.
3. Choose Your Style:
   Click on the '< >' icon.
   A dialog will appear with two style options: 'Compact' and 'Comfortable'.
   Select the style that best fits your website’s design:
4. Copy the Iframe Code:
   After selecting your preferred style, click on the 'Copy' button to copy the iframe code.
5. Embed the Iframe on Your Website:
   Go to your website's content management system where you want the agenda to appear.
   In the editor mode, paste the iframe code into the HTML source area.
   Adjust the placement as necessary to fit the layout of your webpage.
6. Preview and Adjust:
   Save your changes and preview the webpage.
   Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the agenda is displayed correctly.

Once embedded, your website will display your event agenda, updating in real-time with any changes you make in Agorify. This feature enhances the attendee experience by providing easy access to the schedule directly from your website.
