This guide provides detailed instructions on how to hide specific attendees from the attendee list in Agorify. This feature is useful for maintaining privacy or managing the visibility of certain participants.
- Log In to the Administrator Dashboard:
Begin by logging into your Agorify account with your administrator credentials. - Navigate to the Attendees Section:
Once logged in, go to the 'Attendees' section. This can typically be found in the main navigation area of the administrator dashboard. - Locate the Attendee to Hide:
In the Attendees List, browse or search for the specific attendee you wish to hide from the attendee list. This step may involve scrolling through the list or using the search function to quickly find the individual. - Edit Attendee Visibility:
When you have located the attendee, click on ‘Action’ next to their name and select ‘Edit’ from the dropdown menu. This will open a dialog box with the attendee's details. - Change Visibility to Hidden:
In the dialog box, scroll down to the section labeled ‘Attendee Visibility.’ Here, you will find a dropdown menu. Select ‘Hidden’ from this menu to change the visibility status of the attendee. - Save Changes:
After selecting ‘Hidden’ from the dropdown, ensure to save your changes. This action will update the attendee's status and remove them from the visible attendee list.
The attendee you selected should now be hidden from the attendee list. This change is immediately reflected in the Agorify platform, ensuring that the attendee’s information is kept private or unlisted as per your requirement.
