If your event spans multiple days and you need to check in attendees each day, you’ll need to extend their tickets to allow for daily check-ins. This guide will walk you through the process of extending tickets, ensuring that attendees can be checked in on multiple days.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Attendee List
- Go to Admin Attendees: Start by navigating to the Attendees section in your admin panel.
Step 2: Select Attendees
- Select the Attendees: Choose the attendees whose tickets need to be extended. Remember, you can select up to 100 attendees at a time.
Step 3: Extend Ticket Use
- Click Action Extend Ticket Use: Once you have selected the attendees, click on the Action button, then choose Extend Ticket Use from the dropdown menu.
Final Notes
- Daily Check-Ins: Once their tickets are extended, you’ll be able to check them in again each day of the event.
- Track Attendance: Agorify will automatically track which days each attendee attended. You can easily view and export this data using filters in the attendee list, making it simple to monitor daily attendance.
