This feature is available for anyone on the Starter plan and above, and it can be enabled for any exhibitor in just a few simple steps.
Benefits of the Contact Us Button
- Convenient Communication: Attendees can easily send a message to the exhibitor without needing to know individual contact information.
- Available on Both Mobile & Web: The button will appear under the exhibitor's "About" description on both the mobile app and web app.
Steps to Enable the "Contact Us" Button:
- Log in to the Admin Panel.
- On the left-hand menu, click on Exhibitors.
- Select the specific exhibitor you want to enable the Contact Us button for.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Under Settings, toggle the option to Enable Contact Us Button.
Once enabled, the Contact Us button will become visible on the exhibitor's profile in both the mobile and web apps, making it easier for attendees to reach out.
