This guide will walk you through the process of creating a registration form in Agorify. A registration form allows you to collect attendee details and automatically send event tickets and app invites.

1. Accessing the Registration Form Settings
- In the Admin Panel, navigate to the left menu and click on Registration Forms.
- Click on the pink plus (+) button to create a new form.
- A dialog box will appear where you can configure the form settings.
2. Form Settings and Options
General Settings
Field | Description |
---|---|
Internal Form Name | This is for internal use only and will not be visible to attendees. It helps you identify the form in your dashboard. |
Page URL | The unique link for the form. It must contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. |
Published | Choose whether the form is open for submissions. Selecting "Yes" allows anyone with the link to register. |
Language Direction | Select the text direction (Left to Right (LTR) or Right to Left (RTL)). |
Attendee Label | This refers to the attendee type, which defines the category of the participant. Attendee types allow you to control which features and access levels each attendee will have within the event. |

Email and Invite Settings
Field | Description |

Event Ticket Email | Choose whether attendees receive their tickets automatically or if you will send them manually. |
Event App Invite Email | Choose whether attendees receive an automatic invite to the event app or if you will send it manually. |

3. Form Content
Field | Description |
---|---|
Title | The title of the registration form, visible to attendees. |
Header | A description or message that appears at the top of the form. Markdown is supported for formatting. |
Footer | A message that appears at the bottom of the form. Markdown is supported. |
Success Message | A message displayed after a successful submission. Markdown is supported. |
Button Title | Customize the text on the submit button (e.g., "Register" or "Sign Up"). |

4. Adding Form Fields
Once the form settings are configured, you can add fields to collect attendee details.
How to Add and Edit Fields
- The form starts with default fields: Email, First Name, and Last Name.
- You can add new fields by clicking the "Add another field" button.
- Drag and drop fields to reorder them as needed.
- Click the trash icon to delete a field.
Field Options
Field | Description |

Attendee Field | Select the type of information to collect (e.g., Email, First Name, Last Name, Company Name, etc.). |
Type | Choose whether the field is Required or Optional. |
Title | The label that attendees will see for the field. |
Value | Pre-fill a default value (optional). |

5. Finalizing and Creating the Form
- Review your settings and form fields.
- Click the "Create" button to save the form.
- Your form is now ready to be shared with attendees!
