Create and Manage Exhibitor Tiers

Want to highlight your Diamond, Gold, or Silver sponsors more prominently in your exhibitor list? With Exhibitor Tiers, you can organize and display your exhibitors with different visual priorities in the app. You control their tier, display size, and order—making it easy to give premium partners the spotlight they deserve.

What Are Exhibitor Tiers?

Exhibitor tiers let you:

• Group exhibitors into levels like Diamond, Gold, Silver, etc.
• Decide the order in which these groups show up in the app.
• Choose how much screen space exhibitors in each tier take up (Full, Split, or Grid layout).

How to Create an Exhibitor Tier

1. Head over to the Admin panel.
2. Click Exhibitors in the left menu.
3. Switch to the Tiers tab.
4. Click the “Create a new exhibitor tier” button.
5. In the modal that appears:
   • Name your tier (e.g. "Gold Sponsors").
   • Set it to Published if you want it live.
   • Choose a Display Size:
     • Full – uses the whole row
     • Split – half-width
     • Grid – compact, tiled layout
6. Click Create.

Tip: Once your tiers are created, you can reorder them via drag and drop to set the display order.

Assign Exhibitors to a Tier

1. Go back to the Exhibitor tab.
2. Either create a new exhibitor or edit an existing one.
3. Use the Tier dropdown to select the desired tier for that exhibitor.
4. Save your changes.

Reorder Exhibitors Within a Tier

Want to control the order of exhibitors inside a specific tier?

1. Head back to the Tiers tab.
2. Click the pencil icon on the tier you want to edit.
3. In the modal that opens, drag and drop the exhibitors into the desired order.

That’s it! Tiers are now set up, exhibitors are looking sharp, and your sponsor list is ready to shine.
