Adding attendees one by one
- Click on Attendees in the left menu
- Click on the plus icon
- Fill the following information about the attendee:
Label Explanation Required Email Email address of attendee Yes First Name Attendees first name Yes Last Name Attendees last name Yes Type The type of attendee. Use one of the following: attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker or organiser Yes Affiliation Organisation or Company of the attendee No Title Job position of the attendee No Badge type Additional text that you want to print on the badge No Do not promote If checked, the user will not be visible in the attendee list. Only available from mobile app version 1.4.0 and up. - Once ready, click on Add Attendee
Adding multiple attendees with CSV import
- Click on Attendees in the left menu
- Click on the Import/Export icon in the right top corner of the attendee list
- Click on Download CSV template to download the CSV template
- Open the downloaded CSV template in Google Sheet or Excel
- Remove the dummy information in the template and add your attendees information

- Go back to the Admin Panel and click once again on Import/Export icon button to import your saved CSV file
- Wait until the import has finished importing all attendees.
- Congratulation! You have now added your full list of attendees to Agorify
