This guide will walk you through the steps to send tickets to your attendees. Additionally, it will cover how to create tickets without sending them immediately. The steps for creating tickets are similar to those for sending tickets, with a minor variation.
Note: You can perform an action on a maximum of 100 attendees at the same time. To display 100 attendees, scroll down in the attendee list and select 100 in the dropdown menu.
Sending Tickets to Multiple Attendees
- Click on Attendees in the left menu.
- Select the attendees you want to send a ticket to.
- Click on the Select action button, then click on the “Send ticket” button that appears.
- Confirm that you want to send tickets in the pop-up dialog.
Sending Tickets One by One
- Click on Attendees in the left menu.
- Click on the dotted icon button under Actions for the attendee you want to send a ticket to.
- Choose Send Ticket in the dropdown menu.
- Confirm that you want to send tickets in the pop-up dialog.
Creating Tickets Without Sending
The steps for creating tickets without sending them are similar to sending tickets. Instead of clicking on "Send ticket", you will click on “Create ticket”.
Creating Tickets for Multiple Attendees
- Click on Attendees in the left menu.
- Select the attendees you want to create a ticket for.
- Click on the Select action button, then click on the “Create ticket” button that appears.
- The tickets will be created without being sent.
Creating Tickets One by One
- Click on Attendees in the left menu.
- Click on the dotted icon button under Actions for the attendee you want to create a ticket for.
- Choose Create Ticket in the dropdown menu.
- The ticket will be created without being sent.
