This guide will explain how to create a session schedule item. You can use session if you are executing an onsite event without the need to stream content for this specific session slot.

- In the left menu click on Schedule
- Click on the pink button with a plus icon
- Select Session in the radio options
- Fill in the following session information:

Start Time Start time of the session Yes Both End Date End date of the session Yes Both End Time End time of the session Yes Both Show schedule item in the app If enabled, the session will be visible in the app No Both Enable comments section If enabled, the comment sections will be activated in the session so attendees can chat and write comments No Both Enable Q&A section If enabled, a Q&A section will be activated in the session so attendees can write and vote on questions No Both Disable Presence Counter If enabled, the counter which displays how many are watching the session real-time will be hidden. No Both Track Assign which track the session belongs to. To be able to choose a track you need to first create one in the Schedule Tracks tab. Read more about tracks here No Both Location Add any location information you want to display for the session No Mobile Tags Tags are used to filter sessions in the app. E.g. Workshop, Basic, etc. Don't forget to publish your tags if you wish to use them as filter. To be able to choose a speaker you will first need to create one in the Speaker page. No
