Adding custom links with lead capture is a great way to give exhibitors more ways to engage attendees and generate valuable leads. Follow the steps below to create and customize links for your exhibitors.
Steps to Create Custom Links with Lead Capture:
- Log in to the Admin Panel.
- On the left-hand menu, click on Exhibitors.
- Select the exhibitor for whom you want to add custom links.
- Navigate to the Links tab.
- Click the Add New Link button.
- In the dialog box, follow these steps:
- Enter the Title for the link (this is what will be displayed in the app).
- Enter the URL of the link.
- If you want this link to generate leads for the exhibitor, select the Capture Leads option.
- Configure the type of Lead Capture Settings that best suit the exhibitor's needs.
- Once everything is set, click Add Link.
Managing and Reordering Links:
- After the link is added, you can see it listed under the Links tab.
- To reorder the links, simply drag the link boxes. The link at the top of the list will be shown first in the app.
By using these steps, you can help exhibitors showcase important information while also collecting leads directly from interested attendees.
